Coachella. You ready?
Let's go get 'em.
Yes
So crazy right now
Most incredibly
It's ya girl, B
History in the making
Part two
So crazy right now
I look and stare so deep in your eyes
I touch on you
More and more every time
When you leave
I'm begging you not to go
Call your name
Two, three times in a row
Such a funny thing
For me to try to explain
How I'm feeling
And my pride is the one to blame
Yeah, I still don't understand
Just how your love can do
What no one else can
Got me looking so crazy right now
Your love's got me
Looking so crazy right now
Got me looking so crazy right now
Your touch got me
Looking so crazy right now
Got me hoping you'll page me right now
Your kiss got me hoping
you'll save me right now
Looking so crazy, your love's
Got me looking, got me looking
Looking so, looking so, looking so
- Drop it
- Uh oh, uh oh
Uh oh, oh, no, no
Uh oh, uh oh, uh oh, oh, no, no
Uh oh, uh oh, uh oh, oh, no, no
Uh oh, uh oh, uh oh, oh, no, no
Uh oh, uh oh, uh oh, oh, no, no
Uh oh, uh oh, uh oh, oh, no, no
Uh oh, uh oh, uh oh, oh, no, no
B
When I talk to my friends so quietly
Who he think he is?
Look at what you did to me
Tennis shoes
Don't even need to buy a new dress
If you ain't there
Ain't nobody else to impress
It's the way that you know
What I thought I knew
The beat in my heart skips
When I'm with you
I still don't understand
Just how your love can do
What no one else can
Got me looking so crazy right now
- Got me looking so crazy right now
- So crazy
Got me looking
So crazy right now
Your love
- Crazy right now
- Oh
- Got me looking so crazy right now
- Hey
- Got me looking so crazy right now
- Hey
Got me looking so crazy right now
Coachella, y'all dance with me.
Come on. Hey!
Nigga ask, nigga, nigga ask about me
Nigga ask
Nigga, nigga ask about me
Nigga ask, nigga, nigga ask about me
Nigga ask, nigga, nigga ask
Ha!
Tryna rain, tryna rain on the thunder
Tell the storm I'm new
I'mma walk, I'mma march on the regular
Painting white flags blue
Lord forgive me, I've been running
Running blind in truth
I'mma rain, I'mma rain
On this bitter love
Tell the sweet I'm new
Ooh, I'm telling these tears
Go and fall away, fall away
Oh
May the last one burn into flames
Freedom! Freedom! I can't move
- Freedom, cut me loose!
- Yeah
Freedom! Freedom! Where are you?
'Cause I need freedom too
I break chains all by myself
Won't let my freedom rot in hell
Hey, I'mma keep on running
'Cause a winner don't quit
On themselves, oh
What you want from me?
Is it truth you seek?
Oh, Father, can you hear me?
What you want from me?
Is it truth you seek?
Oh, Father, can you hear me?
Huh, what you want from me?
Is it truth you seek?
Oh, Father, can you hear me?
Huh, what you want from me?
Is it truth you seek?
Oh, Father, can you hear me?
Ah!
Ah!
Lift every voice
And sing
Ah!
Till Earth and Heaven
Ring
Ah!
Ring with
The harmonies
Of liberty
Let our rejoicing
Rise
Ah!
High as
The listening skies
Ah!
Let us march on
Till victory
Is won
Baby, I'm back by popular demand
Bitch, I'm back by popular demand
I did not come to play with you hoes
I came to slay, bitch
Y'all haters corny
With that Illuminati mess
Paparazzi, catch my fly
And my cocky fresh
I'm so reckless when I rock
My Givenchy dress
I'm so possessive
So I rock his Roc necklaces
My daddy Alabama
Momma Louisiana
You mix that negro with that Creole
Make a Texas bamma
I like my baby heir
With baby hair and afros
I like my negro nose
With Jackson Five nostrils
Earned all this money
But they never take the country out me
I got hot sauce in my bag, swag
I see it, I want it
I stunt, yellow bone it
I dream it, I work hard
I grind till I own it
I twirl on my haters
Albino alligators
El Camino with the seat low
Sippin' Cuervo with no chaser
- Sometimes I go off
- I go off
- I go hard
- I go hard
- Take what's mine,
- Take what's mine
- I'm a star
- I'm a star
- 'Cause I slay
- I slay
We gon' slay
Okay, ladies
Now let's get in formation
Okay, ladies
Now let's get in formation
Come on!
Prove to me you got some coordination
Slay, trick, or you get eliminated
When he fuck me good
I take his ass to Red Lobster
Hey!
If he hit it right, I might take him
On a flight on my chopper
Drop him off at the mall
Let him buy some J's, let him shop up
I might get your song played
On the radio station
I might get your song played
On the radio station
You just might be
A black Bill Gates in the making
I just might be
A black Bill Gates in the making
I see it, I want it
I stunt, yellow bone it
I dream it, I work hard
I grind till I own it
I twirl on my haters
Albino alligators
El Camino with the seat low
Sippin' Cuervo with no chaser
Sometimes I go off
I go hard
Take what's mine
I'm a star
'Cause I slay
I slay
Do you slay?
I slay
You slay
Okay, ladies
Now let's get in formation
Okay, ladies
Now let's get in formation
Prove to me you got some coordination
Slay trick, or you get eliminated
Okay, ladies
Now let's get in formation
Okay, ladies
Now let's get in formation
You know you that bitch
When you cause all this conversation
Always stay gracious
Best revenge is your paper
I think what you're trying to ask is, uh,
why am I so insistent upon...
giving out to them that Blackness,
that Black Power, that Black...
Pushing them to identify
with, uh, Black culture.
I think that is what you're asking.
I have no choice over it
in the first place.
To me, we are the most beautiful creatures
in the whole world;
Black people.
My job is to somehow
make them curious enough,
or persuade them,
by hook or crook,
to get more aware of themselves
and where they came from
and what they are into,
and what is already there
and just to bring it out.
This is what compels me to compel them.
And I will do it
by whatever means necessary.
Which one do you think is better?
I mean, I think we could use
another music run-through...
Okay.
And get all the departments
because...
the people who haven't seen the show,
like seen the run-through over there,
are super unclear on what the vibe is.
- What this is.
- Yeah.
Agreed.
I'm with you.
People who have just saw it...
Then they got it.
They just now getting it. Got it.
Okay, so can we see
if it's a good time to do that?
They can be here til' eight.
- What time is it?
- It's 6:30.
Let's go.
- Go over there?
- Yeah.
I grew up in Houston, Texas,
visiting Prairie View.
We rehearsed at TSU
for many years in Third Ward,
and I always dreamed of going to an HBCU.
My college wasDestiny's Child.
My college was traveling around the world,
and life was my teacher.
I wanted a Black orchestra.
I wanted the steppers,
I needed the vocalists.
I wanted different characters;
I didn't want us all doing the same thing.
And the amount of swag
is just limitless. Like...
the things that these young people can do
with their bodies,
and the music they can play, and...
the drumrolls, and the haircuts,
and the bodies, and the...
It's just not right.
It's just so much damn swag.
It's just gorgeous,
and it makes me proud. And, um...
I wanted every person
that has ever been dismissed
because of the way they look
to feel like they were on that stage.
Killing 'em.Killing 'em.
And I want this to be, uh...
an experience where we all have growth,
we all have to push ourselves
and have to dig deep inside of ourselves
to become better human beings.
And I wanna start off with a prayer.
All right.
God, thank you so much for everyone here.
Thank you for bringing
all of these human beings into my life.
God, I ask
that this is an experience that...
we all remember forever.
I ask that we're able to touch people
and give them hope.
To make people feel beautiful, strong...
and united.
God, I ask that you just use us.
I ask that we all grow,
and we all connect.
And Lord,
thank you so much for choosing us.
Thank you for bringing everyone here
into my life.
We give you all the praise and glory,
amen.
Amen.
So, I want us to have fun
and just, we have so much to learn.
'Cause we're here to rehearse,
and eventually we'll get on that stage
and just let it all go,
and feel the spirit
and have us a good time.
But, right now,it's still janky,
and we got so much to learn
and work out.
So I wanted us
to feel each other's energy,
and dance, and scream,
and holler, and hoot.
Do whatever we feel naturally.
And we're gonna build this thing together.
So let's just do it.
Let me hear you sing.
- Sorry
- I ain't sorry
- Sorry
- I ain't sorry
I ain't sorry
Nigga, nah
- Sorry
- I ain't sorry
- Sorry
- I ain't sorry
I ain't sorry
He trying to roll me up
I ain't picking up
I'm headed to the club
I ain't thinking 'bout you
Me and my ladies sip my D'USS cup
I don't give a fuck
Chucking my deuces up
Suck on my balls, pause
Bug a Boos.
I need a good laugh.
You.
Make me laugh.
Bug a Boos!
Ooh, ooh, ooh!
Ah, ah, ah!
We got you, right?
That is so funny!
Did that make us laugh?
No!
Think about it.
Bug a Boos!
Fall in line.
Ladies.
Ladies.
Ladies.
Are we smart?
Yes!
Are we strong?
Yes!
Have we had enough of the bullshit?
Yes!
Show me.
Suck...
On my balls!
Suck on my balls!
Suck on my balls, bitch!
Suck...
On my balls!
Suck on my balls, pause!
Had enough!
Hell nah!
Middle fingers up!
Middle fingers up!
Put 'em hands high!
Put 'em hands high!
Wave 'em in his face!
Wave 'em in his face!
Tell him boy, bye
Tell him, tell him boy, bye
Let's go.
Tell him boy, bye
Tell him, tell him boy, bye
Tell him boy, bye
Tell him, tell him boy, bye
Tell him boy, bye
Tell him, tell him boy, bye
I ain't thinking about you!
Middle fingers up
Put 'em hands high
Wave 'em in his face
Tell him boy, bye
Tell him boy, bye
Boy, bye
Middle fingers up
I ain't thinking 'bout you
I ain't sorry
I ain't sorry
I ain't sorry
I ain't thinking 'bout you
I ain't sorry
I ain't sorry
I ain't sorry
No, no, hell, nah
Now you wanna say you're sorry
Now you wanna call me crying
Now you gotta see me wilding
Now I'm the one that's lying
And I don't feel bad about it
It's exactly what you get
Stop interrupting my grinding
Can't believe I believed
Everything we had would last
So young and naive for me to think
She was from your past
Foolish of me to dream
While you cheat...
With what?
With loose women
It took me some time
But now I am strong
Because I've realized I've got
Me, myself, and I
That's all I've got in the end
That's what I found out
And it ain't no need to cry
I see you. How did you do that so fast?
She has on my outfit, y'all.
- Sing it
- Me, myself, and I
- Sing it
- That's all I've got
In the end
Found out
Sing it, ladies.
From now on
I'm gon' be my own best friend
Right, ladies?
Yes.
I left a note in the hallway
By the time you read it
I'll be far away
I'm far away
I ain't fucking with nobody
Let's have a toast to the good life
Suicide before you see this tear
Fall down my eye
Me and my baby, we gon' be all right
Gon' live a good life
Big homie better grow up
Me and my whoadies 'bout to stroll up
I see them boppers in the corner
They sneaking out the back door
He only want me when I'm not there
Better call Becky with the good hair
He better call
Becky with the good hair
I rock diamonds on my neck
Got diamonds on my records
Since 15, coming down, repping Texas
How you gon' neglect this?
You is just a hot mess
You can call Tyrone
You ain't got to lie, Craig
What about my body, body?
You don't want my body, body?
Acting like I'm nobody
You gon' make me call somebody
Let's go, little kitty cat
I think it's time to go
Let's go, little kitty cat
- He don't want no mo'
- Let's go, little kitty cat
He better call Becky
With the good hair
Coachella!
Thank y'all so much
for having us once again.
I'm so honored
to be on this stage tonight.
This next song is for all of my queens.
Do we have any beautiful queens
in the house tonight?
I want y'all to sing along
if you know the lyrics.
It's called "Bow Down."
I know when you were little girls
You dreamt of being in my world
Don't forget it, don't forget it
Respect that
Bow down bitches
I took some time to live my life
Don't think I'm justhis little wife
Don't get it twisted
Get it twisted
This my shit, bow down bitches
Bow down bitches
Bow, bow down bitches
Hey!
H Town
Coming up
Coming down
Listen.
I been on
I been on, I been on
Tell me, who gon' take me off?
Take me off
Take me off, take me off
I been on
I been on, I been on
Tell me, who gon' take me off?
Take me off
Take me off
Rolling high, leather and wood
Keep it trill, that's what's good
Kiss my momma, show that love
Pop them bottles in that club
I heard your boo was talking lip
Guess what I did
Smack that trick
Smack that trick
- Guess what I did
- Smack that trick
Gold everything
Gold-ass rings, gold-ass chains
Gold-ass fangs
You can see me stunt
When you turn on ya screen
You can see me stunt
When you turn on ya screen
I'm bigger than life
My name in the lights
I'm the capital B
I don't need no hype
The capital B mean
I'm 'bout that life
The capital B mean
I'm 'bout that life
Bitch
Do one more!
When I decided to do Coachella,
instead of me pulling out my flower crown,
it was more important
that I brought our culture to Coachella.
There was a four-month period
of rehearsals
with Derek and the band before we started
the four months of dance rehearsals.
The music and those vocal rehearsals...
that's the heartbeat of the show.
Good hair
I wanted
all of these different characters,
and I wanted it to feel the way I felt
when I went to battle of the bands,
because I grew up seeing those shows,
and that being the highlight of my year.
Five, six, seven, go.
Five, swipe, right, left,
swipe, step, clap.
So I studied my history,
I studied my past,
and I put every mistake,
all of my triumphs,
of my 22-year career
into my two-hour homecoming performance.
Looking at what she wanted
to bring to the community,
and caring about current events,
and caring about what, you know,
her people are going through,
and wanting to shed light,
and wanting to put, you know,
a proud moment on stage for us,
it gives you a boost. It's like, "Wow!"
They heard her say it
without saying it.
"Let's get it together.
Let's move forward, let's unify."
All of those things existed
in this performance.
It felt like we were all connected,
and it literally felt like we were
in our own university
and struggling together.
The hours were unbelievable.
We did a pass without any music.
And just to hear the energy
in all the stops, and...
to feel the shaking
of the risers on the pyramid,
to hear the harmonies live
was just as entertaining.
I been drinking, I been drinking
I get filthy
When that liquor get into me
I've been thinking
I've been thinking
Why can't I
Keep my fingers off you, baby?
I want you, na, na
Why can't I
Keep my fingers off you, baby?
I want you, na, na
Coachella, I wanna hear y'all sing.
Cigars on ice, cigars on ice
Feeling like an animal
With these cameras all in my grill
Flashing lights, flashing lights
You got me faded, faded, faded
Baby, I want you, na, na
Can't keep your eyes off my fatty
Daddy, I want you
Drunk in love
How y'all doing over here?
I want you
We woke up in the kitchen saying
"How the hell did this shit happen?"
I can see you all the way.
All the way back there.
We be all night
Last thing I remember is
Our beautiful bodies
Grinding off in that club
Drunk in love
Sing it, y'all!
We be all night
Sing.
Come on, sing!
We be all night
Sing.
Hey
Hey
We be all night
Everything alright
No complaints for my body
So fluorescent under these lights
Boy, I'm drinking
Park it in my lot, 7-11
I'm rubbin' on it, rub-rubbin'
If you scared, call that reverend
Boy, I'm drinking
Get my brain right
Armand de Brignac
Gangster wife
Louis sheets, he sweat it out
Like washrags, he wear it out
Boy, I'm drinking
I'm singing on the mic
Till my voice hoarse
Then I fill the tub up halfway
Then ride it with my surfboard
Surfboard
Surfboard, bring it on
Grainin' on that wood
Grainin'- grainin' on that wood
I'm swervin' on it
Swervin'- swervin' on it
His big body been servin' all this
Swerve, surf
Good, good
Hey
I lost myself on a cool, damp night
Gave myself in that misty light
Was hypnotized by a strange delight
Under the lilac tree
But I think more than I want to think
Do things I never should do
I drink much more
Than I ought to drink
Because it brings me back you
Last thing I remember is
Our beautiful bodies
Grinding up in that club
Drunk in love
We be all night
Sing it.
Hey
We be all night
Ride it with my surfboard
Surfboard
Surfboard
Grainin' on that wood
Grainin'- grainin' on that wood
I'm swervin' on it
Swerve-swervin' on it
His big body been
Surfboard
Surfboard, surfboard
Grainin' on that wood
Grainin'- grainin' on that wood
Swervin' on it
Swerve-swervin' on
His big body been serving all this
Surfing all over this good-good
To the left, to the left
Everything you own
in a box to the left
Sing it.
To the left, to the left
Everything you own
in a box to the left
Say, "I'm-a a diva." Sing it.
I'm-a a diva
- Say, "I'm-a a diva." Sing it.
- I'm-a a diva
- Louder. "I'm-a a diva." Louder.
- I'm-a a diva
Can't hear you. "I'm-a a diva."
- Sing it.
- I'm-a a diva
Come on.
Ooh, ah, ah!
Ooh, ah, ah!
I'm-a a diva
I'm-a a diva
Na, na, na, diva is a female version
Of a hustler
Of a hustler
Of a hustler
Na, na, na, diva is a female version
Of a hustler
Of a hustler
Of a hustler
Stop the track
Let me state facts
I told you, gimme a minute
And I'll be right back
Fifty million 'round the world
And they said I couldn't get it
I done got so sick and filthy
With Benjis, I can't spend it
Tell me something
Where yo' boss at?
Where my ladies up in here
That like to talk back
I wanna see her
- I wanna see her
- I'd like to meet ya
What you say?
She ain't no diva
No, no, no
Divas, y'all help me sing
this next verse?
Here we go.
Since 15 in my stilettos
Been struttin' in this game
"What's yo' age?" was the question
They ask when I hit the stage
I'm a diva, best believe her
You see how she gettin' paid
She aint' calling him to greet him
Don't need him, her bed's made
- This is a stick-up, stick-up
- I need them bags, all that money
- This is a stick-up, stick-up
- You see them ask
All my ladies get it up
I see you, I do the same
Take it to another level
No passengers on my plane
I be getting to the money
Everybody mad
I think I'm getting too much money
Everybody mad
Same old nigga from the block
Same old nigga with the pot
Same old nigga from the trap
Everybody hated on him
Then he bounced right back
I be getting to the money
Everybody mad
I think I'm getting too much money
Everybody mad
Same old nigga from the block
Same old nigga with the pot
Same old nigga from the trap
Everybody hated on him
Then he bounced right back
Getting to the money
I was supposed to do Coachella
the year prior.
But...
I got pregnant unexpectedly.
And it ended up being twins,
which was even more of a surprise.
My body went through more
than I knew it could.
I was 218 pounds the day I gave birth.
I had an extremely difficult pregnancy.
I had high blood pressure,
I developedtoxemia, preeclampsia,
and, in the womb,
one of my babies' heartbeat
paused a few times,
so I had to get an emergency C-section.
Home is something very peculiar.
There is a yearning in it, you know?
Something special, mystical, hopeful,
restful.
Here we go. First combination.
- First...
- I been getting to.
That go:
I been getting to.
It's my first time back home,
on the stage, after giving birth.
I'm creating my own homecoming.
And it's hard.
There were days that I thought, you know,
I'd never be the same.
I'd never be the same physically,
my strength and endurance
would never be the same.
Between SoulCycle
and coming in here,
- you're losing like 1,500-2,000 calories.
- Calories, yeah.
It's true. And, eventually,
I wanna be able to do SoulCycle,
the stairs, and rehearse in a day.
Okay. Lit. I'll be right there with you.
And you know, a lot of the choreography
is about feeling,
so it's not as technical.
It's your own personality
that brings it to life.
And that's hard
when you don't feel like yourself.
I had to rebuild my body
from cut muscles.
It took me a while
to feel confident enough to freak it,
and give it my own personality.
In the beginning,
it was so many muscle spasms.
Just, internally,
my body was not connected.
My mind was not there.
My mind wanted to be with my children.
What people don't see is the sacrifice.
I would dance, and go off to the trailer,
and breastfeed the babies,
and the days I could,
I would bring the children.
Like, it gets messy.
Like, it's this...
I'm not even joking, this fast.
Yes.
- It's doable, but...
- It's fast.
That's why...
That's why I said to take it out.
- This is grounding.
- Yes.
Like, no matter who you are,
- you get in here, and it's real.
- Uh-huh.
Yeah.
That's what people don't get. That's why...
That's why people don't like to rehearse.
- You gotta be humble.
- Uh-huh.
You gotta be willing
to look awkward, and...
you gotta study, be a student.
I might...
pass out!
Five, six. Five, six, let's go.
- Hup!
- Again.
- Hup!
- Now release it.
Hup!
One more.
- Hup!
- Let's go!
Hup!
Well, I feel a little of the jerkiness...
is going now.
In order for me to meet my goal,
I'm limiting myself to no bread, no carbs,
no sugar, no dairy,
no meat, no fish, no alcohol.
And I'm hungry.
Just trying to figure out how to balance
being a mother of a six-year-old
and of twins that need me
and giving myself creatively
and, um, physically.
It was a lot to juggle.
It's not like before,
when I could rehearse,
you know, 15 hours straight.
I have children, I have a husband.
I have to take care of my body.
There she is.
Hi, my babies!
Hi, Baba! Hi, baby!
Hi, this is me!
I definitely pushed myself
further than I knew I could.
And I've learned a very valuable lesson...
I will never...
...never push myself that far again.
I feel like I'm just a new...
A new woman, in a new chapter of my life,
and I'm not even trying to be who I was.
It's just so beautiful that children...
do that to you.
- You have to get three turns.
- Okay, best out of three.
Okay, this is seriously
a huge accomplishment.
Because I did not think
I'd ever get back in my old costume,
and I'm actually in it.
And I can still move...
I still have a ways to go,
but this makes me feel good,
'cause I've been sacrificing
and working hard.
- Huge, huge, huge accomplishment. Yay!
- Ooh!
Are you going to wear it
for rehearsals?
- No, I'm not!
- Okay.
You're gonna go out to dinner in it?
No.
Although, I do wanna tell...
go show Jay. It's a big deal.
Why don't you take a walk across the...
I ain't walking there.
Doing too much.
Hi. Can we talk to Mr. Carter, please?
Of course.
- Yup.
- I'm back in my costume.
All right!
Big deal!
- All right!
- It's zipped.
All right. Just had to share.
Why aren't guys as excited?
Crown me
I woke up
I woke up, woke up with the crown
Woke up with the crown. I
It's that Yonc, your Yonc
In that lingerie, on that chardonnay
Scoring touchdowns on your runway
I'm Texas forever, like Bun B
And I'm Redboned, yo
I'm really rit' like Donjae
I'm camo in here yo
These thots can't clock me nowadays
You wish I was your pound cake
Boy, you know I look good as fuck
Wish I was your baby momma
Come around and give me good karma
But no, we escalating
Up in this bitch like elevators

My name is Edidiong Emah.
I am originally from Nigeria,
grew up in Atlanta, and...
this dream is something that I never
could dream up for myself.
I couldn't dream this big at all.
I never thought I would be here,
thought I would be too short, too thick.
Actually, my whole family
went to Morehouse and Spelman,
which are HBCUs in Atlanta.
So to do this and...
to have, you know,
the Pan and, you know,
sororities and things that...
Black families value
up on a stage for the world to see
and understand us a little bit more...
It's just all a blessing.
I just toss it up,
and catch it in my spirit first,
and then real life second.
In each of us,
another woman or a young girl
might see a reflection of herself;
of her worth, of her boundless potential.
The youth need to see
their greatness reflected in our eyes.
Go forth. Let them know we're real.
Well...
I waited 37 weeks...
to be here.
Being pregnant, so...
I didn't dance for a year.
Looking out there into that crowd,
I was overwhelmed
and I feel so honored and so great
being a part of something so epic,
that my son can watch
when he's older and...
identify with the people,
identify with the culture.
And I'm just so honored
to be a part of something
that he can watch,
and be proud of me, and say,
"My mom was a part of that,
my mom did that."
It's hard to believe that,
after all these years,
I was the first African-American woman
to headline Coachella.
It was important to me that everyone
that had never seen themselves represented
felt like they were
on that stage with us.
As a Black woman,
I used to feel like the world wanted me
to stay in my little box.
And Black women often feel underestimated.
I wanted us to be proud
of not only the show, but...
the process.
Proud of the struggle.
Thankful for the beauty that comes
with a painful history
and rejoice in the pain.
Rejoice in the imperfections
and the wrongs that are so damn right.
And I wanted everyone
to feel grateful for their curves,
their sass, their honesty,
thankful for their freedom.
It was no rules,
and we were able to create
a free,safe space
where none of us were marginalized.
Who the fuck do you think I am?
You ain't married
To no average bitch, boy
You can watch this fat ass twist, boy
As I bounce to the next dick, boy
And keep your money, I got my own
Keep a bigger smile on my face
Being alone
Bad motherfucker, God complex
I motivate your ass
Call me Malcom X
Yo, operator
Innovator
Fuck you, hater
You can't recreate her, no
You'll never recreate her, no
Hell no
You just gotta let it be
Let it be, let it be, let it be, babe
You just gotta let it be
Let it be, let it be, let it be, babe
Don't hurt yourself
Don't hurt yourself
When you play me
You play yourself
Don't play yourself
When you lie to me
You lie to yourself
You're only lying to yourself
When you hurt me
You hurt yourself
Don't hurt yourself
You just gotta let it be
Let it be, let it be, let it be, babe
Hey baby
who the fuck do you think I am?
I smell that fragrance
On your Louis V, boy
Just give this fat ass a big kiss, boy
Tonight I'm fucking up
All your shit, boy
The most disrespected person
in America is the Black woman.
I am the dragon breathing fire
The most unprotected person
in America is the Black woman.
Beautiful mane
I'm the lion
The most neglected person
in America is the Black woman.
Beautiful man, I know you're lying
This is your final warning
You know I give you life
If you try this shit again
You gon' lose your wife
Told you how you hurt me, baby
But you don't care
Now I'm crying and deserted, baby
But you don't care
Ain't nobody tell me this is love
But you're immune to all my pain
I need you to tell me this is love
Still don't care, but that's okay
Well, I care
I know you don't care too much
But I still care
Baby
Oh, I care
I know you don't care too much
But I still care
Baby
Oh! Ever since you knew your power
You made me cry
And now every time our love goes sour
You can't sympathize
You see these tears
Falling down to my ears
I swear you like when I'm in pain
I try to tell you all my fears
You still don't care
Well, that's okay
Listen, hey
Well, I care
I know you don't care too much
But I still care
Baby
Oh, I care
I know you don't care too much
But I still care
Boy, maybe if you cared enough
I wouldn't have to care so much
What happened to our trust?
Now you're just giving up
We used to be so in love
Now you don't care no more
Well, I care
I know you don't care too much
But I still care
Baby, oh, I care
Know you don't care too much
But I still care
Baby
I still care
Baby
I still care
I still care
Driver, driver, driver...
Driver, roll up the partition, please
Driver, roll up the partition, please
Driver, roll up the partition, please
I don't need you
Seeing 'Yonc on her knees
Took 45 minutes to get all dressed up
We ain't even gon' make it
To this club
Now my mascara running
Red lipstick's fucked
Oh, me so horny
Yeah, he want to fuck
He popped all my buttons
And he ripped my blouse
Monica Lewinsky'd all on my gown
Oh, there, daddy
Daddy didnt bring the towel
Oh, baby, baby we better slow it down
Took 45 minutes to get all dressed up
We ain't even gon' make it
To this club
Take all of me
I just wanna be the girl you like
Girl you like
The kind of girl you like
Girl you like
Take all of me
I just wanna be the girl you like
Girl you like
The kind of girl you like
Hello, hello
See me up in the club
With fifty-'leven girls
Posted in the back
Diamond fangs in my grill
Brooklyn brim with my eyes sitting low
Every girl in here with me
Got that smoke
Every girl in here
Got to look me up and down
All on Instagram, cake by the pound
Circulate the image
Every time I come around
G's up, tell me how I's looking, babe
Drop the bass, mane
The bass get lower
Radio say speed it up
I just go slower
High like treble, pumping on the mids
Ya man ain't ever seen
A booty like this
So why you think ya keep my name
Rolling off the tongue
'Cause when he wanna smash
I just write another one
I sneezed on the beat
And the beat got sicker
Yonc all on his mouth like liquor
Yonc all on his mouth like liquor
Yonc all on his mouth like liquor
Yonc all on his mouth like liquor
Like, like liquor
Like, like, like liquor
Are y'all ready, Coachella?
I wanna see everybody
from the front to the back.
Put your hand up.
Sing it now, hey! Hey! Hey!
Jump!
Jump!
Yeah!
Let me see you jump.
Here we go!

Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah
Uno, dos, tres, cuatro
Three, two, one!
Ooh, ah, ah!
I gotta go home.
To my fifty-'leven children.
I know I gotta go home.
He's looking at me like,
"You too lit to quit, it's time to go."
He's like, "You do need to quit, ma'am."
Just for shits and giggles,
could you do this one, too?
You know, yeah. There you go.
- That's what... All right, I'm set.
- Too lit.
- Too lit to quit.
- Hey!
You know,
I respect things that take work.
I respect things that are built
from the ground up.
You know, I'm super specific
about every detail.
I personally selected each dancer,
every light, the material on the steps,
the height of the pyramid,
the shape of the pyramid,
every patch was hand sewn.
Every tiny detail had an intention.
There were so many meetings
with Olivier...
before he flew to Los Angeles
so we could understand,
"Okay, why do we want these colors?
What do they represent?
What is thesilhouette?
What is gonna look the most graphic?
How do we look united?
But how do we have
these different characters
that stand out?"
It took months for us to script the show.
When you spend so many months
on choreography and arrangements,
and when there are
over 200 people on the stage,
you want to make sure you see everything,
and I was very adamant
that we were well rehearsed
and we knew the show
front to back.
It was a lot of Steadicam,
and we did things
that were very unconventional
for a festival show.
I had three soundstages.
There was one soundstage for the band,
there was one soundstage for dancing,
and there was one soundstage
for my creative staff.
And I would go from one to the next.
It takes a huge team, it takes...
a village,
and I think we all worked to our limit.
In the rehearsals, I am...
directing and watching the show.
I'm in the audience
and I'm able to be on the stage
and kind of see the stage
at the same time.
After every run-through there's a meeting
with, you know, at least 50 people,
all of the department heads.
Not only does Derek
have to record the choir,
he has to record
the rumble of the structure, the stomps.
He has to record everybody's, "Hey! Ah!"
And that adds another element
of the performance
that feels so good on the stage,
and it's not translating on film.
Until I see some of my notes applied,
it doesn't make sense for me
to make more.
And it doesn't matter
how many months we've done it,
how many times we've done it.
There are notes every time,
because there's always something
that we can improve upon.
Just standing up there,
and seeing all the beauty up there,
and feeling it...
It is the only way I can articulate
why I'm frustrated,
because it's not translating on camera.
So my goal is simply that.
Like, it's just so everyone out there
can feel what we feel.
And I really have to have
dedicated people that are...
down for the cause.
Whatever it is,
let us know what we can prioritize,
to try to facilitate everybody's needs
so we can be done
with having to talk so much.
That's where I am.
It's... We're halfway there.
We just gotta make progress faster,
because we're running out of time.
Thank you, everybody.
Thank y'all.
I know everybody's working hard,
so we'll get there.
- All right, have a good anniversary.
- Good night.
It's my anniversary.
Happy anniversary.
Okay, guys.
Sing it loud!
Baby boy, you stay on my mind
Fulfill my fantasies
I think about you all the time
I see you in my dreams
Baby boy, not a day goes by
Without my fantasies
I think about you all the time
I see you in my dreams
Ahh, oh, my baby's fly, baby, oh
Yes, no, hurt me so good, baby, oh
I'm so wrapped up in your love
Let me go
Ah, let me breathe
Stay out my fantasies
Baby boy, you stay on my mind
Baby boy, you are so damn fine
So, if you know this dance...
I want you to do it.
Here we go!
No, no, no
You don't love me
This, I know, boy
The people! The people!
The people
The people!
No, no, no
You don't love me
This, I know, boy
The people! The people!
The people!
If you ask me
Baby
I'll do anything you say, boy
I'm talking to you.
I see y'all in the front row.
Hey!
Hold up
They don't love you like I love you
Slow down
They don't love you like I love you
Back up
They don't love you like I love you
Step down
They don't love you like I love you
Can't you see
There's no other man above you
What a wicked way
To treat the girl that loves you
Hold up
They don't love you like I love you
Slow down
Babe, it's such a shame
You let this good love go to waste
I always keep the top tier 5-star
Backseat lovin' in the car
Like make that wood, make that wood
Holly like the boulevard
All right.
Sing it, y'all!
Oh, killing me softly
And I'm still falling
Still the one I need
I will always be with you
Oh
You got me all gone
Don't ever let me go
Say it real loud if you fly
Sing it, y'all.
My baby is a ten
We dressing to the nine
He pick me up, we eight
Make me feel so lucky, seven
He kiss me in his six
We be making love in five
I see you.
Still the one I do this four
I'm trying to make us three
- From that two, he still the one
- There's up's and downs in this love
Got a lot to learn in this love
Through the good and the bad
Still got love
Dedicated to the one I love
Still love the way he talk
Still love the way I sing
Still love the way he rock
Them black diamonds in that chain
Still all up on each other
Ain't a damn thing change
My girls can't tell me nothing
I'm gone in the brain
Me and my boo in my boo's coupe riding
All up in that black
With his chick right beside him
Ladies, if you love your man
Show him you the fliest
Grind up on it girl, girl, girl
Me and my boo in the coupe lip locking
All up in the back
Because the chicks keep flocking
All that gossip in ten years, stop it
London speed it up, Houston rock it
Can I take this back?
Sing it, y'all.
Ooh, boy, you looking like
You like what you see
Won't you come over. check up on it
I'mma let you work up on it
Ladies let 'em check up on it
Watch it while he check up on it
Dip it, pop it, twerk it, stop it
Check on me tonight
If you got it, flaunt it
Boy, I know you want it
While I turn around
You watch me check up on it
Ooh, you watchin' me shake it
I see it in your face
You can't take it, it's blazin'
You watch me in amazement
- You can look at it
- As long as you don't grab it
If you don't go braggin'
I might let you have it
- You think that I'm teasin'
- But I ain't got no reason
I'm sure that I can please ya
But first I gotta read you
Hey!
I wanna see y'all do the dance.
You ready?
I'm watching.
Let's see if you know it.
Ten, nine
Eight, seven
Six, five
Four
Three, two, one
Coachella,
if you're having a good time tonight
make some noise!
Give it up forHova. Hey!
I used to run base like Juan Pierre
Now I run the bass hi-hat
And the snare
I used to bag girls like Birkin Bags
- Now I bag B
- Boy, you hurtin' that
Brooklyn Bay where they birthed me at
Now be everywhere, the nerve of rap
The audacity to have me
With them curtains back
Me and B, she about to sting
Stand back
Baby, seem like everywhere I go
I see you
From your eyes I smile
It's like I breathe you
Helplessly I reminisce, don't want to
Compare nobody to you
Boy, I try to catch myself
But I'm outta control
Your sexiness is so appealing
I can't let it go
- Let's go
- Oh
I can't get over you
'Cause everything I see is you
And I don't want no substitute
- That's right
- Baby, I swear it's dj vu
- Come on!
- Know that I can't get over you
- 'Cause everything I see is you
- Uh-huh!
- Yeah
- Yeah
- Yeah
- Yeah
Yeah
Yes, Hova's flow so unusual
Baby girl, you should already know
It's H-O, light up the dro
'Cause you gonna need help
Tryna study my bounce
Flow, blow, what's the difference?
One you take in vein
While the other you sniffin'
It's still dope
Po-po try to convict him
Thats a no-go
My flow keep the scales tippin'
Like 4-4s
Like I'm from the H-O-U-S-T-O-N
Blow wind, so Chicago of him
Is he the best ever?
That's the argument
I don't make the list
Don't be mad at me
I just make the hits like a factory
I'm just one of one, nothin' after me
No dj vu, just me and my
Baby, I can't go anywhere
Without thinking that you're there
Seems like you're everywhere
It's true
Gotta be having dj vu
'Cause in my mind I want you here
Get on the next plane, I don't care
Is it because I'm missin' you
That I'm having dj vu
Boy, I try to catch myself
But I'm outta control
Your sexiness is so appealing
I can't let it go
Hey.
Here we go!
Boy, I try to catch myself
But I'm outta control
Your sexiness is so appealing
I can't let it go
Go! Go! Go!
Red Light.
Green Light.
Question, everybody.
Anybody go to a HBCU?
- Hey!
- Yes.
Don't you remember...?
All the HBCU people make some noise!
If you tried to go to college,
make some noise.
Okay, okay.
If you dropped out of high school,
make some noise!
Oh, shit.
"Keep on pushing,"
Curtis Mayfield said.
"Be a force for good," Coltrane said.
"Mississippi Goddam," says Nina Simone.
That ain't having hope.
That's being a hope.
Courageously bearing witness,
regardless of what the circumstances is
because you're choosing to be
a kind of person of integrity
to the best of your ability
before the worms get your body.
Boom.
I know the importance
of us feeling we're a part of something,
like we're being spoken to,
like it's worth it.
We all performed
with all of our heart, and...
we performed with love
and connection, and...
we did it together.
I love all of the people
that were involved.
Homecoming for an HBCU is...
the Super Bowl.
It is the Coachella.
You got all your people coming back
that you haven't seen for however long.
You got all this tradition,
you got all these eyeballs wanting to see
if it's gonna be better
than the last homecoming.
All those elements are right here.
We have theBlack National Anthem
that happens after "Freedom."
Message in particular is just
a very powerful, very strong message.
Very inclusive.
But it really makes you proud
to be African-American.
I told my dad I joined a sorority.
He started dying,
'cause there's so many
great sisters in there.
Great freestylers, of course,
and, you know, we a family.
It feels like a college trip.
Be ready because we are going
to put her on blast up there.
were going to create shadows
for this woman.
She's the best, and I only deal
with number ones. Ya heard?
Move in on the side.
Here we go. One, two...
Creating something
that will live beyond me,
something that will make people feel open
and like they're watching magic,
like they're living in a time
that's super special, and...
like it's a day
that they will never relive.
That's what I want.
Boy, look at that save!
It has been a family environment.
I love it.
I don't even wanna go home
after it's over with.
If you know me,
you know my family is...
the biggest priority in my life.
My family is my sanctuary,
my weakness and my strength.
They're my tribe, and it was important
that we all felt like family.
It just was a dream come true
and something I feel
like I've worked my entire life for.
And I'm so grateful
that I was able to come home.
We got snares, cymbals, quads, and bass.
It's time for you to get a little taste
of the only drum line
certified by the Queen Bey,
guaranteed to show up and show out,
on your ass, anytime, anyplace, anywhere.
Introducing The Bzzzz.
We ready!
We ready!
Oh!
Hey! Hey!
Come on!
Coachella, thank you for allowing me
to be the first Black woman
to headline Coachella.
Ain't that 'bout a bitch?
This song is dedicated
to all the incredible women
that opened up the doors for me.
Thank you so much, ladies.
Do we have any strong women
out there tonight?
Sing along!
Girls!
We run this mother
Girls!
We run this mother
Girls!
We run this mother
Girls!
We run this mother
Here we go!
Who run the world? Girls
Who run the world? Girls
Who run the world? Girls
Who run the world? Girls
Who run this mother
Who run this mother
Who run this mother?
Girls
Who run this mother
Who run the world? Girls
Who run the world? Girls
Who run the world? Girls
Who run the world? Girls
Some of them men think they freak this
Like we do, but no they don't
Make your check, come at they neck
Disrespect us, no they won't
This goes out to all the girls
Up in the club rocking the latest
Who will buy it for themselves
And get more money later
I think I need a barber
None of these niggas can fade me
I'm so good with this
I remind you I'm so hood with this
Boy, I'm just playing, come here, baby
Hope you still like me
F-U, pay me
My persuasion
Can build a nation
Endless power
A love we can devour
You'll do anything for me
- Who run the world? Girls
- Girls!
Who are we?
- What we run?
- The world
Who run this mother
Who are we?
What we run
Who run this mother
Who are we?
What do we run?
We run the world
We run this mother
Who run the world? Girls
We teach girls to shrink themselves,
to make themselves smaller.
We say to girls,
"You can have ambition, but not too much."
You should aim to be successful,
but not too successful,
otherwise, you will threaten the man.
We raise girls to see each other
as competitors.
Not for jobs or for accomplishments,
but for the attention of men.

Hit me!
Can you keep up, baby boy?
Lose my breath
Bring the noise
Make me lose my breath
Hit me hard
Make me lose my
Can you keep up?
Baby boy, make me lose my breath
Bring the noise
Make me lose my breath
If you can't make me say ooh
Like the beat of this drum
Why you ask for some
And you really want none
If you can't make me say ooh
Like the beat of this groove
You don't have no business in this
Here's your papers
Baby you are dismissed
Everybody, give it up
for the beautiful Kelly.
- And the beautiful Michelle.
- We love you.
My girl B is killing it tonight!
I'm so happy y'all are here tonight.
Do y'all remember this song?
Say my name, say my name
If no one is around you
Say baby, I love you
- If you ain't running game
- Sing it, y'all.
Say my name, say my name
You acting kinda shady
Ain't calling me baby
Why the sudden change?
Say my name, say my name
If no one is around you
Say baby, I love you
If you ain't running game
Say my name, say my name
You acting kinda shady
Ain't calling me baby
Better say my name
Any other day, I would call
You would say
Baby, how's your day?
But today ain't the same
Every other word is uh-huh, okay
Could it be that you at the crib
With another lady?
I know you say
That I am assuming things
Something's going down
The way it seem
Shouldn't be the reason
You're acting strange
If nobody's holding you back from me
- 'Cause I know how you usually do
- When you say everything times two
- Why can't you just tell the truth?
- If somebody's there then tell me who
Say my name, say my name
Boy, say my name
Say baby, I love you
Say my name
Say my
Say my name
Oh, yeah
Say my name
Say my, say my
Say my name
Say my, say my
Say my name, boy, say my name
Hey, say
You better say my name
'Cause something feels strange
I'm filing a complaint
I'm just asking you to say my name
Shoot it with 'Chelle
Kick it with Kelly, or holla at B
You gotta be G's
You way outta your league
You like them boys up top
From the BK
I like them boys over there
They looking strong tonight
California love
We like them boys
That be in them 'lacs leanin'
Open their mouth, they grill gleamin'
Candy paint, keep that whip clean and
Sing it, y'all!
We keep that beat that be
in the back beating
Eyes be so low from their chiefin'
I love how you keep a body screamin'
A rude boy that's good to me
With street credibility
I ain't checking for him
Better be street if he looking at me
I need a soldier
That ain't scared to stand up for me
Known to carry big things
If you know what I mean
There's some soldiers in here
Where they at, where they at?
- They wanna take care of me
- Where they at
- I know some soldiers in here
- Where they at, where they at?
- Don't mind taking one for me
- Where they at, where they at?
- I know some soldiers in here
- Where they at, where they at?
- They wanna spend that on me
- Where they at, where they at?

Yeah!
Beautiful job, Baba.
- You sound so pretty!
- I wanna do it again.
Oh, you wanna do it again?
You're like Mommy, huh?
I wanna do that again.
- Okay.
- 'Cause it feels good!
It feels good?
Okay. If you want to, go.
Lift every voice and sing.
I feel we made something
that made my daughter proud.
Made my mother proud, my father proud,
I mean, and all of the people that are
my brothers and sisters around the world,
and that's why I live.
I'm so lucky and grateful that I'm able
to take all these crazy ideas
and actually make it
into something that heals people
and that may spark vision in people.
That shows them to dream big,
that shows them that they are limitless.
It's possible.
If my country ass can do it,
they can do it.
That's nice.
I've never been asked that question.
Joy. Brings me joy.
Put a rainbow in the clouds
I want to...
What I really want to do...
is be a representative of my race,
of the human race.
I have a chance...
to show how kind we can be,
how intelligent and generous we can be.
I have a chance to... to teach, and...
and to love, and to laugh, and...
I know that when I'm finished
doing what I'm sent here to do,
I will be called home.
And I will go home without any fear
or trepidation, cause I'm
wondering what's gonna happen.
And...
what advice would you have
to give this generation?
Tell the truth.
To yourself first.
And to the children.
Live in the present.
Don't deny the past.
Live in the present and know
the charge on you
is to make this country
more than it is today.
I want to sing this last song
to all of my incredible,
beautiful fans,
loyal fans, ride or-dies.
It's dedicated to my incredible Beyhive.
Honey, honey
I can see the stars
All the way from here
Can't you see the glow
On the windowpane
I can feel the stars
Whenever you're near
You're near
Every time you touch me
I just melt away
Everybody ask me why I'm smiling out
From ear to ear
They say love hurts
But I know
It's gonna take the real work
Nothing's perfect, but it's worth it
After fighting through my tears
So finally you put this first
Sing it, y'all! Baby, it's
You
You're the one I love
You're the one I need
You're the only thing I see
- Come on, baby, it's
- You
You're the one that gives your all
You're the one I can always call
- When I need, you make everything
- Stop
Finally, you put my love on top
Baby, 'cause you're the one I love
Baby, you're all I need
You're the only thing I see
- Come on, baby, it's
- You
You're the one that gives your all
You're the one I can always call
- When I need, you make everything
- Stop
Finally, you put my love on top
- Baby It's your turn.
- You're the one I love
- Sing it.
- You're the one I need
Louder.
- You're the
- One I need
- Come on, baby, it's
- You
You're the one that gives your all
- You're the one
- I can always call
- When I need, everything
- Stops
Finally, you put my love on top
Baby, 'cause you're the one I love
Baby, you're all I need
You're the only thing I see
Come on, baby, it's you
You're the one that gives your all
You're the one I can always call
When I need you, baby
Everything stops

Baby, you're all I need
You're the only thing I see

You're the one that gives your all
You're the one that always calls
When I need you, baby
Everything stops
Finally, you put my love on top
Coachella, thank you so much. I love you.
Please give it up for my incredible,
incredible crew on this stage.
My female dancers.
Give it up now.
Go on, ladies.
Give it up for my male dancers.
Please give it up
for Larry and Laurent, Les Twins.
Please give it up
for my incredible background singers.
Please give it up
for my beautiful orchestra.
Please give it up for my drum line.
Hey! Hey! Hey!
Please give it up for my crew.
That is everyone behind the scenes
that worked tirelessly,
tirelessly to put this show together.
We love you.
Thank you to my family

Have a beautiful night.
I love you from the bottom of my heart.
God bless you. Good night.
I love you.
Peace.
Come on, come on, come on
You make me happy
This you can bet
You stood right beside me, yeah
And I won't forget
And I really love you
You should know
I wanna make sure I'm right, boy
Before I let go
Now we've had our good time
That we can say
We hurtin' each other
Yeah, yeah
And boy, it's a shame
I won't be foolish, no
I wanna know
I wanna make sure I'm right, boy
Before I let go
You know I think that sun
Rises and shines on you
You know there's nothing, nothing
Nothing I would not do
Before I let you go
I will never, never, never
Never, never, never
Never, never let you go
Before I go
Boom.
Well, ba-damn.
Well, okay, ladies.
Can you dig it?
This is what we're doing now,
with two weeks till the show.
He's walking an invisible dog
and looking like Elton John.
It is... The theme of the show
is homecoming,
which is very ironic,
as none of us are ever going home.
Is this the shot?
The day has finally come!
Oh, yeah!
- Let the games begin!
- Coachella!
Coachella, baby!
Let's go, baby!
Let's go! We ready!
We ready.
Watch me fuck up Coachella
Ooh
Drop it down, drop it down low
Low, low, low, to the floor
Bring it up
Step on 'em, step on 'em
Step on 'em, step
Step on 'em, keep going
And stomping your step
Slide to the right, swerve to the left
Work the middle till it hurt a little
Before I let, before I let go
Before I let, before I let
Before I let go
